Winter Propane Fixed-Price Contract Program

Fixed price: $1.59 per gallon
Minimum purchase and delivery requirement: 300 gallons
Contract period: November 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027

All contracted gallons will be delivered on a keep-full basis during regularly scheduled driver routes.
Contracted gallons will be prioritized over any other bulk propane purchases from Tri-Energy or other providers.
Refusal of delivery during the contract period is not permitted.
Remaining balances will be applied to your account on April 1, 2027.
A clear and accessible path to the propane tank is required for delivery.

Eligible credit-card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge, subject to applicable limits. ACH, debit, and prepaid payments have no surcharge. The final surcharge and total will be disclosed before payment confirmation.
